Party H3 was founded in 1997, and membership is by invitation. There is a large up front membership fee.
Runs are Wednesday evening around 6:00, again usually in South Delhi. Runs are about 20-25 minutes long, and the emphasis is on partying (fairly gently) afterwards. There are usually about 15 peple at each run.
